Fear is a hard thing to admit. We want to be brave and for others to see us that way too. We don’t think we have fears because fear takes on many forms, many disguises. Fear is a liar because it masquerades behind a multitude of symptoms, emotions, and behaviors. Fear is also a liar because our fears are often founded on what-ifs, half-truths or outright lies. In this series, we’ll learn how to sift through the symptoms and get to the root of our fears and to deal with them so that we would not be a slave to them any longer.
